SPOKANE, Wash. — If you are planning on traveling west on I-90 in downtown Spokane, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) says you should plan for extra time to commute this weekend.
WSDOT said the right lane of westbound I-90 from Jefferson Street to about halfway up Sunset Hill will be closed starting at 4 a.m. Sunday morning, June 9. The closure is expected to last until noon on Sunday.
WSDOT said crews are going to replace electrical wiring and repair overhead lights on the Latah Creek Bridge, just west of downtown Spokane.
WSDOT said drivers should plan to move over a lane and slow down through the work zone.
