SPOKANE, Wash. — Gonzaga women's basketball senior guard Jessie Loera got a neat surprise on Senior Night on Saturday before the Zags played Santa Clara.
Her sister Jamie Loera, who is a sophomore guard at Arizona State, made the trip to Spokane to watch Jessie's final home game in a Zags jersey. The Sun Devils played on Friday against Washington State in Tempe, Arizona and play again on Sunday against Washington in Tempe.
Both sisters grew up in Moses Lake, Washington and played at Moses Lake High School.
Jessie moved to fifth all-time in assists on Gonzaga women's basketball history on January 25.
