PULLMAN, Wash. — Good news continues for Washington State University (WSU) basketball fans.
Former Eastern Washington Eagle, Ethan Price, has followed his former head coach David Riley to Pullman and has committed to Washington State University. The news comes about a week after Price announced he planned to enter the transfer portal.
Price announced the news on his Instagram saying, "WHAT’S GOOD PULLMAN❤️ #gocougs !!" He's the first former EWU player to join Riley in Pullman.
Price, a 6'10" forward, joined the Eags in 2021 as a freshman, where he had a stand out season earning the Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year. Price was also slected to the Winter Big Sky Conference All-Academic team and was Eastern’s 7th BSC Freshman of the Year honoree and the first since Bogdan Bliznyuk in 2015.
The Eagles' big man averaged 12.2 points and 4 rebounds per game as a junior.
