HONOLULU — The Gonzaga Bulldogs (3-1) turn their sights to the UCLA Bruins (4-1) in the Maui Invitational following a 76-57 win over Syracuse. The Zags and UCLA matchup is the first since their instant classic in the NCAA tournament, where the Bulldogs won off a last-second 3-pointer from Julian Strawther.

The 2023 Maui Invitational was moved to the SimpliFi Arena in Honolulu following the wildfires in Maui earlier in 2023. Many Lahaina residents who were affected by the wildfire that destroyed parts of Maui were in attendance wearing 'Maui Strong' hats and shirts. The Maui Invitational will return to Maui in 2024.
