SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Assessor, Tom Konis, announced on Friday that a new feature has been added to the Spokane County Assessor website. The tool allows users to view how a proposed levy on the August 2024 ballot would affect their property taxes.

The website provides tax and general information on both commercial and residential properties in Spokane County, as well as information on school districts, services and permits and licensing.

The tax transparency feature can be found here. Users will need to enter their parcel numbers or street address and then navigate to the “proposed levies” tab.

“We provide information about how a property owner’s current taxes are distributed, but now we are also equipping them with information about how a proposed levy might affect their future taxes,” said Konis in a press release. “We have a responsibility to provide as much information as possible to taxpayers and we hope they find it useful.”
