PULLMAN, Wash. — Aaron Aung and his daughter, Seraya Aung Harmon, were last seen on Wednesday, May 29. He and his daughter were reported missing on Monday after failing to show up for a scheduled custody exchange with the daughter's mother.
The Pullman Police department issued a warrant out for Aung's arrest for first-degree Custodial Interference. Police say Aung is in violation of a Latah County District Court parenting plan for retaining custody of his missing 2-year-old.

Police say Aung's fiancé, Nadia Cole, is with Aung and his daughter. Cole also hasn't been seen since May 29 at SEATAC Airport.

"It is more than coincidence that she went missing at the same time," Pullman Police commander Aaron Breshears said.
Her father told our sister station KING 5 that his family was getting ready to fly to Europe for a graduation trip. At the airport, Cole's father says Nadia said she was 'going to the bathroom' before disappearing. Cole's father says his daughter was captured on security footage leaving the airport, boarding the light rail, and then departing at the University Street Station in Seattle.
In a statement to KREM 2 from Cole's parents, Beata and Kirk Cole, they say quote, "Nadia is cherished by the hundreds of people who know her, and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance are entirely out of character for her. We are utterly devastated by her disappearance and are fervently praying for her safe return."
Pullman police say they believe Cole is not in any danger and police say their main priority is getting Seraya back to her mother.
"Simply bring your daughter back. Talk to the local police where you're at our concern right now is not about arresting you. It is about getting your daughter home to her mother where she has the court has ordered. That's where she's supposed to be," Breshears said.
Pullman Police are the lead agency in the search and investigation.
Breshears said, "We're focusing our search in the state of Washington, Idaho and in Montana."
Other agencies assisting include the FBI, Moscow Police Department, the Port of Seattle, and the Flathead County Sheriff's office in Montana.
If you or someone you know has any information on Seraya's or Aung or Cole's whereabouts, you're encouraged to call Pullman Police at 509-334-0802.
