14 Idaho ski resorts that will be open during the holidays

KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho — Ski resorts around North Idaho are bringing holiday joy with fun on the slopes!

Currently, 14 out of 19 ski resorts in North Idaho will be open during Christmas and New Year's holidays. While many areas won't be getting a white Christmas,  you can still catch some snow on the mountain resorts around the Inland Northwest.

Here are some places open for the holidays.

North Idaho

Southwest Idaho

• Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area
• Brundage Mountain Resort
• Tamarack Resort

Central Idaho

• Sun Valley Resort
• Lost Trail Ski Area

Southern Idaho

• Magic Mountain Ski Resort (Closed on Christmas Day)
• Pomerelle Mountain Resort (Closed on Christmas Day)
• Soldier Mountain
• Kelly Canyon Ski Resort
• Grand Targhee Resort
• Pebble Ski Area
