SPOKANE, Wash. — A home invasion suspect was arrested at his home today at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Adam SiJohn was arrested at his home near the 1300 block of West Boone Ave. by the Spokane County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), the United States Border Patrol, and the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF).

SiJohn was accused of holding two adults at knifepoint and/or with a club, as well as taking items without permission.

According to PNVOTF, he is charged with First Degree Assault, First Degree Robbery, and Second-Degree Assault.

The U.S. Marshals PNVOTF said that they believed SiJohn was actively being helped out by others to evade law enforcement in the area.

Deputies and law enforcement were able to arrest SiJohn without any altercations.

U.S. Marshals Service said that they received dozens of tips from the community which helped them find and arrest SiJohn.

U.S. Marshal Craig Thayer stated, “The assistance of the community has once again helped law enforcement partner agencies apprehend a fugitive and make the community safer for everyone.”
