Weather Forecast
On the heels of Wednesday's potent winter storm, yet another round of snow is expect to hit the region Thursday evening. The next wave offers another widespread blanket of snow from the Cascades to the Rockies of North Idaho. Timing puts the biggest impacts on Friday morning's commute.
There are a couple big differences that keep snow totals a little lower with our next round of snow. First, we don't have near the moisture or energy. Second, the duration isn't nearly what we saw today. That means snow totals will be dismal in comparison.
The snow starts around 8pm in eastern Washington and continues through Friday morning. Widespread 1-2 inches will fall across the Inland Northwest. Just enough to make for a nasty Friday morning commute.
