SPOKANE, Wash. — Following a storm that brought several inches of snow to parts of eastern Washington and north Idaho, many school districts are choosing to delay or cancel classes on Monday, March 6.
A Winther Weather Advisory calls for "variable snow accumulations between 1 and 5 inches, [with the] highest snow amounts between Tekoa and Spokane." The advisory is scheduled until 10 a.m.

- St. Maries School District

- Ephrata School District: 2-hour delay
- Liberty School District: 2-hour delay

Spokane and the Palouse region are under a Winther Weather Advisory on Monday morning as snow is falling.
Snow fall amounts from this storm are going to vary widely depending on where snow bands move through. Some of them are capable of dropping as much as an inch of snow per hour.
