SPOKANE, Wash. — While the Spokane Airport stayed well above freezing Saturday morning (low of 43°), Coeur d'Alene dropped to a chilly 34°, Deer Park dipped to 30° and Sandpoint's low was 32°. Temperatures should be a couple of degrees warmer Sunday morning, but that still means frosty to near freezing conditions for the sheltered northern valleys of Northeastern Washington where a Freeze Warning will once again be in effect overnight. Despite the cool start, temperatures should warm up nicely Sunday afternoon under partly cloudy skies and we'll see highs in the Spokane area in the low to mid 70s.
