Westbound I-90 near Barker Road exit in Spokane Valley reopens after crash

According to WSDOT East, another crash occurred about one mile east at the Appleway interchange. One lane has reopened at that crash site.

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Westbound I-90 near the Barker Road exit in Spokane Valley has reopened following a crash involving three cars Tuesday night, according to Washington State Patrol (WSP).

According to WSDOT East, at this time, only one lane remains open at another nearby crash near Appleway interchange.

The crash near the Barker Road exit involved three cars and prompted injuries, including an extrication response, according to WSP.

For everyone keeping track, the initial collision occurred near Barker Rd. on WB I-90 which blocked all lanes. As 1 lane reopened a 2nd collision occurred blocking all lanes of WB I-90 about 1 mile east at the Appleway interchange.
