MOSES LAKE, Wash. — Eastbound I-90 is now open near Moses Lake after a semi-truck hit a barrier, closing the road for several hours.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the semi truck hit the road divider at 8 a.m. on Saturday. WSP asked all drivers to avoid the area.
WSP said the the eastbound lane was closed until the semi-truck was removed. They did not reopen the lanes until it is clear. The lanes opened around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
WSP also said state route 24 in Adams County is closed because of icy road conditions. Multiple spinouts and crashes are currently in the area. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is on the way to help at the scene.
Officials are asking drivers to stay cautious while on the road.
