GEORGE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol alerted drivers on Thursday morning about a semi-truck that crashed on I-90 near George. The crash is blocking all westbound traffic at milepost 157, according to WSP.
As of 6:00 a.m., tow trucks were at the scene to remove the truck. It is not clear what caused the crash or if the driver was injured.
Photos show the truck was carrying eggs and dozens of them spilled on the highway and shoulder of the road. It is not clear how long it will take to clean up the eggs and tow the truck from the scene.
Drivers heading westbound on I-90 between Moses Lake and George should be prepared for slowdowns or detours while troopers clean up the crash site.
