LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — All lanes are now reopen on eastbound Interstate 90 near Starr Road in Liberty Lake. Washington State Patrol confirmed lanes were shutdown for a brief time after a car hit a pedestrian.
A WSDOT camera near the scene showed substantial backup in the area. As of 10:40 Tuesday morning, traffic was backed up to Barker Road.
Washington State Patrol, Liberty Lake Police and emergency services are on scene.
All lanes were reopen and traffic was flowing freely by 11:15 a.m.
