SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Spokane County will hold a ribbon cutting on Wednesday to commemorate the opening of the new Euclid Road Bridge. Spokane County Commissioner Al French and the Public Works Department will be joined by officials from Fairchild Air Force Base and Fire District 10 for the opening.
The Euclid Road Bridge closed all the way back in 2019 because of safety concerns.
Construction crews tore the old wooden bridge down and built a new one out of metal and concrete.
The entire project cost around $4 million.
Wednesday’s ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 a.m.
