TIGER, Wash. — Travelers who use the Lost Creek Bridge on State Route 20 just south of Tiger in Pend Oreille County will need to plan extra travel time starting Monday, Sept. 30.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) says lane closures will be in place on the bridge as crews make repairs to the bridge abutments and beams.

WSDOT says crews will set up a temporary traffic signal on each end of the bridge at 10 a.m. on Monday. The repairs are expected to take roughly two weeks, ending on Friday, October 11.

WSDOT says there will be no width restrictions during the closures.
