SPOKANE, Wash. — This year's Bloomsday run will see tens of thousands of people flock to downtown Spokane. As a result, maintenance crews will be cleaning up I-90 ahead of the annual 12-kilometer race.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), drivers going both directions on I-90 should plan additional travel time to avoid delays as crews sweep up the roadway.
The scheduled for those mobile right lane closures on I-90 are as follows:
- Monday, April 29, from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 30, from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 1, from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m.
WSDOT said drivers should do their part to keep crews safe by slowing down around work zones.
