SPOKANE, Wash. — UPDATE: All lanes have now reopened and traffic is moving again.
Spokane drivers are experiencing heavy traffic near downtown after a car flipped on its side, causing closed lanes on eastbound I-90 Tuesday evening.
According to the Washington Department of Transportation East, the left lane has reopened but commuters should expect delays in the downtown area.
