Update 6:00 p.m. | Crews are still cleaning up the scene, with the EB I-90 off-ramp expected to be open in less than an hour.
Washington State Patrol have closed the interchange from eastbound I-90 to westbound US-2 due to an overturned semi-truck.
Pictures from the scene show the truck hanging over the edge of exit 277B. The truck was carrying hundreds of milk cartons, many of which fell out onto the freeway.
Crews are on the scene working to move the semi upright.
