SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane drivers should expect a snag in their Tuesday morning commute, as WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation) crews will be closing part of I-90 to install a new sign for Avista Stadium.

According to WSDOT, eastbound I-90 will be reduced to two lanes, closing the right lane at Altamont Street near milepost 283. That closure will go into effect at 4 a.m.

Construction on the new sign is expected to take between three to four hours to complete.

WSDOT is advising residents to drive slowly through the construction zone as crews work on the sign.
