SPOKANE, Wash. — A crash that was blocking the right lane of westbound I-90 just west of the Thor-Freya interchange in Spokane has been cleared.
Video of the crash on the SRTMC website showed multiple first-responder vehicles in the area responding to the crash.
According to WSDOT-East, drivers should have expected long delays in the area.
