SPOKANE, Wash. — If you are planning on heading north on the Greene Street Bridge over the next couple of nights, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) said you should plan for extra commute time.
WSDOT said the right lane heading north on Greene Street will be closed between Ermina and Carlisle starting on Monday, October 14 at 8 p.m. The lane will close again at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15.
Here is a breakdown of the closures that you need to know about:
- Monday, Oct. 14, at 8 p.m., until 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15.
- Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 8 p.m., until 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 16
WSDOT said crews are continuing construction of the North Spokane Corridor. WSDOT said crews are setting girders for the bridge that will span over the Spokane River. WSDOT also said girders have already been set over Ermina to the south and Carlisle to the north.
