Top plays from former local players in NBA summer action

Former Gonzaga and Eastern Washington players made names for themselves this summer in NBA games.

SPOKANE, Wash. — The NBA's summer action wrapped up Monday.

Whether it was the California Classic or Summer League, players who have ties to the Inland Northwest made names for themselves.

Here's a look back at the top plays from those players.

NO. 5: HACHIMURA RISES HIGH FOR A BLOCK

NO. 4: CLARKE BLOCKS, SAVES AND SCORES

NO. 3: NORVELL JR. HITS GAME-WINNER IN CALIFORNIA CLASSIC

The former Gonzaga guard Zach Norvell hit this shot to cap off a 21 fourth quarter comeback for the Los Angeles Lakers.

NO. 2: HARVEY THE HERO WITH CLUTCH BUCKET

This shot from former Eastern Washington guard Tyler Harvey sent the Memphis Grizzlies' semifinal game into overtime.

NO.1: CLARKE'S ELECTRIFYING DUNKS
This Clarke dunk was the game-winner in the semifinal game Harvey also hit that shot in. Clarke ended up winning NBA Summer League Most Valuable Player and championship game MVP.
