The game between the Dolphins and the Hawks kicks off at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, September 22 at Lumen Field in Seattle.

SEATTLE — The Seattle Seahawks will look to keep the winning streak alive on Sunday when they host the Miami Dolphins at Lumen Field.

The Seahawks are one of nine teams in the NFL who are looking to get to 3-0 on the season.

The Dolphins come into Seattle with a 1-1 record and their starting quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, on Injured Reserve due to a concussion sustained during their last game.

Game time, channel and how to watch

Here are the details for those wondering what channel the Seahawks-Dolphins game is on.

The game between the Dolphins and the Hawks kicks off at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, September 22 at Lumen Field in Seattle. You can watch the game over the air in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene region on KREM 2!

Miami Dolphins vs. Seattle Seahawks

Sunday’s game will be the first between the Dolphins and Seahawks since a 31-23 win for the Seahawks in October 2020.

The Seahawks will look to Geno Smith to continue his strong quarterback play to start the season. Through two games Smith has completed 74% of his passes for 498 yards and 2 touchdowns with only one interception.

Hawks running back Kenneth Walker III has not practiced yet this week so it looks like he will not play for the second week in a row. Zach Charbonnet will be the lead ball carrier for the Hawks if Walker can’t go. In starting duty last Sunday against the Patriots, Charbonnet had 14 carries for 38 yards and a touchdown.

The Dolphins come into the week three game with a lot of question marks. They are coming off an extended break after losing to the Buffalo Bills on Thursday, September 12. During that game, Dolphins quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa suffered another concussion. The team opted to put him on Injured Reserve so he is not eligible to play for four weeks while he recovers.

Skylar Thompson will fill in at quarterback on Sunday. Thompson has three NFL starts under his belt including one in the 2022 AFC Wild Card Game.
