PULLMAN, Wash. — The No. 4-seeded Washington State Cougars volleyball team are looking to keep their seven-game winning streak alive as they travel to the east coast to play the top-seeded Pittsburgh Panthers on Thursday.
The winner of this matchup will take on the winner of the game between No. 2 Louisville and No. 3 Creighton this Saturday.

The WSU-Pitt game starts at 11:30 a.m. PT on Thursday, December 7 and can be watched on ESPNU. Listeners within the Pullman region can also tune in to Pullman Radio KQQQ to listen to the game.
Cougs vs. Panthers
This game marks the fifth-time the Cougs have advanced to the Sweet 16 following Saturday's second-round win over Dayton. WSU has swept its last three first round matchups to improve to 11-7 all-time in the NCAA first round.
The top-ranked Panthers have secured a share of the ACC Championship for the second year-in-a-row, going 16-2 in conference play. Pitt defeated Washington State two years ago in four sets in the a preseason tournament.
Thursday's match marks just the third time both WSU and Pitt have met in the history of both programs.
