WSU edge rusher Brennan Jackson named second team All-PAC-12

Quartet of Cougs earn honorable mention honors.

PULLMAN, Wash. — The PAC-12 All Conference football teams were announced today for the final time in the conference's history.

Five WSU Cougars earned honors highlighted by EDGE Brennan Jackson who was named second team all conference.

Jackson earned his fourth career All-PAC-12 honor and his second consecutive second team honor.

Jackson led the country with three fumble returns for touchdowns and four fumble recoveries and also had 12.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks on the season.

He finished his final year in Pullman with 57 tackles, 25 quarterback hurries, one forced fumble and three pass breakups.

Quarterback Cameron Ward, wide receiver Lincoln Victor, safety Jaden Hicks and EDGE Ron Stone Jr. all were awarded All-PAC-12 honorable mention honors.

Ward led the PAC-12 with 323 completions. He threw for 3,735 yards and 25 touchdowns and also had eight rushing touchdowns on the season.

Victor led the PAC-12 with 89 catches for 860 yards and five touchdowns.

Hicks had 79 tackles including six tackles for loss along with two interceptions and a forced fumble. One of his interceptions was returned for a touchdown.

Stone Jr. finished his career in Pullman with 11 tackles for loss, five sacks and three forced fumbles. He made 59 tackles and was credited with 47 quarterback pressures and 14 quarterback hits.
