SPOKANE, Wash. — Women's professional soccer is just around the corner in Spokane!
In just a few months, Spokane Zephyr FC will kick off its first-ever season in the USL Super League against Fort Lauderdale United FC at the One Spokane Stadium on Saturday, August 17.
The team will play seven home games and seven away games this fall. After the fall season, there will be a 14-game spring season with seven home games and seven away games starting in February.
The full 28-game schedule runs from late August to late May with a winter break in between, similar to the international soccer schedule.
Spokane Zephyr FC is one of eight teams joining the USL Super League, with eight more teams expected to join in 2025.
Zephyr FC will play three more home games after its inaugural game against Fort Lauderdale FC. The team's first road trip comes in late September when they travel to Washington D.C.
At the end of the regular season, the top four teams will qualify for the USL Super League Playoffs, featuring two semifinals and one final.
