LAS VEGAS — The Gonzaga men’s basketball team will hit the court again on Tuesday, this time to win an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The Zags punched their ticket to the championship game on Monday night by beating San Francisco for the third time this season.
The Zags are on a nine-game win stream and are 25-6 on the season.
The Saint Mary’s Gaels clocked in a 25-7 record and were 15-1 in conference. Their lone conference loss was to Gonzaga in the last game of the regular season. Saint Mary’s punched their ticket to the championship game on Monday night by beating Santa Clara.
