WISCONSIN, USA — Former Gonzaga Bulldog star Drew Timme recently fractured his foot and is set to undergo season-ending surgery.
The Wisconsin Herd, NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks announced Timme’s injury on Twitter.
Timme has appeared in 27 games for the Herd this season while averaging 9.7 points, 5.9 boards in 21.8 minutes per game.
Timme signed a training camp deal with the Milwaukee Bucks after not being picked in the NBA draft. He was waived by the Bucks eventually got a shot with the Buck's G League team - the Wisconsin Herd.
Timme is an affiliate player with the Bucks, meaning he can still sign with another NBA team.
