SPOKANE, Wash. — According to reports, the Gonzaga Bulldogs and the Baylor Bears are set to play each other for the next few years.
According to college basketball insider Jeff Goodman, the Bulldogs and Bears will play on Monday, November 4, at the Spokane Arena.
Goodman also reports the Zags and Baylor have agreed to play each other in each of the following two seasons at neutral sites to be determined.
The Zags and Bears have only played each other five times, with Gonzaga leading the all-time series 3-2.
However, the Bears have won the last two meetings against Gonzaga, one of which was in the 2020-21 National Championship game, where the Bears beat Gonzaga 86-70.
The two teams last played each other on December 2, 2022. The Bears won 64-63 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
