COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — TV star Giuliana and Bill Rancic have renovated an Idaho vacation cabin in Gozzer Ranch, according to a recent article from Architectural Digest.
The 4,900-square-foot home is perched on the side of Lake Coeur d’Alene with views of the water from the all-glass folding wall in the great rooms, according to AD.
“People have no idea what they are getting into because you can’t see the view from the street,” Bill Rancic told AD. “Then, when you walk in that front door and turn your head it's like, wow.”
The couple said they knocked out the back wall to create an indoor-outdoor living space, revamped the kitchen, ripped out built-ins and added rustic minimalist design elements with the help of interior designer Lonni Paul.
The couple chose the furniture in their home so as not to obstruct the beautiful lake view, they told AD.
Giuliana Rancic returned to E! News in September as co-host of its nightly news program with Jason Kennedy. She will replace Maria Menounos, who left the show following surgery to remove a brain tumor.
Rancic left E! News as a co-anchor in 2015, but she stayed on at the network as a co-host of its red-carpet coverage at award shows and on "Fashion Police," which aired its series finale in 2017.
Gozzer Ranch, a 700-acre golf club in Coeur d'Alene, has proved a hot destination for many celebrities. Fans of Kim Kardashian West’s Instagram page were able to see some photos she posted in July that resembled much of the area surrounding Coeur d’Alene Lake. Although she did not explicitly say where she was, the signs were there.
Kardashian West's photos included a beautiful lake near docks resembling those that look like the ones in Coeur d’Alene. She also posted about a huckleberry-flavored cocktail.
Kardashian also posted a video of her taking wake-surfing lessons on the lake. The instructor was wearing a pair of shorts with half of the Gozzer Ranch logo on the bottom.
Kardashian has not been the only celebrity at Gozzer recently. Gossip website TMZ claimed that former One Direction band member Harry Styles also stayed at Gozzer.
Former Major League Baseball All-Star Alex Rodriguez posted pictures on social media showing that he was also in Idaho. His photos appeared to look similar to the areas surrounding Lake Coeur d’Alene.
It was confirmed that former hockey great Wayne Gretzky has owned a place at Gozzer. He has written about that in Golf Digest.
