SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Election Day is just a few days away, and according to the Washington Secretary of State's Office, around 50% of ballots have been returned.
According to the secretary of state's office, as of Friday, November 1st, 189,507 ballots (50.64%) have been returned, and 187,887 ballots (50.21%) have been accepted.
The Secretary of State's Office also said 1,620 ballots (0.85%) have been challenged in Spokane County. Challenged ballots are sent to a supervisor for a final decision. Election officials may contact you if there's a problem with your ballot.
