WARDEN, Wash. — Washington State Patrol (WSP) are looking for one or more people that left a deadly hit and run crash in Grant County.

According to WSP, at around 2 a.m. on Sunday, 36-year-old Jeremiah Grant rear-ended another vehicle on State Route 17. Grant's vehicle then rolled over onto its roof.

WSP said Grant was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle that was rear-ended by Grant momentarily stopped at the scene. The driver then fled after the crash. WSP is still looking for the occupants.

WSP is investigating the cause of the crash. Officials do not know if there were drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident.
