OROVILLE, Wash. — Evacuations have been downgraded to Level 1 (Be Ready) Advisories for the 160-acre wildfire near Sunset Ridge Road in Oroville.

Okanogan County Emergency Management (OCEM) downgraded evacuations around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 3.

They say the fire is 100% lined but still active near Crest Drive, 9 Mile Road and Point Drive.

OCEM asks that residents in the area and those returning from evacuations be aware of emergency crews in the area.

The fire had prompted Level 3 Evacuations on Saturday morning.
