Evacuations dropped to Level 1 advisories for Beehive Fire

All evacuations have been dropped to advisories for the Beehive Fire near Wenatchee.

WENATCHEE, Wash. — As of Sunday, July 7 all evacuations have been dropped to Level 1 fire advisories by Chelan County Emergency Management for the Beehive Fire near Mission Ridge.

Chelan County Emergency Management has issued Level 3 (Go Now!) evacuations near Mission Ridge in Wenatchee. 

As of 2:25 p.m. on Saturday, Level 3 evacuations are in place along Squilchuck Road, from Hampton Road up road toward Mission Peak. 

Level 2 (Get Set) evacuations are in place along Squilchuck Road between Wenatchee Heights up to Hampton Road, as well as Halverson Canyon Road. 

Level 1 (Be Ready) evacuations are in place along Squilchuck Road from Pitcher Canyon to Wenatchee Heights roads. Crews say this does not include Pitcher Canyon road.

Chelan County Emergency Management reports that current conditions present an immediate threat to the life and safety of persons within these areas. 

Chelan County Emergency Management reports that an American Red Cross evacuation point has been set at Sage Hills Church, located at 1601 5th St., Wenatchee.

Assistance available at the shelter will include food, cots, and other urgent needs. Evacuating residents are encouraged to bring the following for each member of their family: any required medication, clothing, pillows, blankets, hygiene supplies and important documents.
