The Outlaw Music Festival is coming to ONE Spokane Stadium! Here's what you need to know

Performances by Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp, and Brittney Spencer will be the first concerts held at the new stadium since its opening last September.

SPOKANE, Wash. — The inaugural Outlaw Music Festival is coming to the Lilac City with a once-in-a-lifetime performance. 

Willie Nelson & family, Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp, and Brittney Spencer will grace the stage at ONE Spokane Stadium in the arena's first concert since its opening in September 2023.  Tickets are still available here

Billy Strings has been a guest performer at some of the festival's stops, but he is not scheduled to make an appearance in Spokane.

Here are some things to know as you plan for the event. 

Set times

  • Doors Open - 4 p.m.
  • Brittney Spencer - 5:15 p.m.
  • John Mellencamp - 6:15 p.m.
  • Bob Dylan - 8:00 p.m.
  • Willie Nelson and Family - 9:40 p.m.

Bag Policy

According to the ONE Spokane Stadium, guests may carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Small clutch bags no larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ (does not have to be clear) or clear one-gallon zip-top storage bags are also permitted.

Backpacks and purses larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ will not be permitted.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single-compartment diaper bags (child must be present).

Parking

There are several paid parking lots available that are walking distance from the ONE Spokane Stadium.  All parking lots listed require payment. Other parking lots and stret parking is available around downtown.

Other things to know

  • Concessions stands at the Stadium are cashless, but they accept all major forms of credit cards.
  • No outside food or drink is allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to re-enter the venue after exiting. 
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed in the Stadium, per the Washington Indoor Clean Air Act.
