SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department (SPD) are in an active SWAT standoff after one man barricaded himself in a mobile home on West Boone Avenue.
According to SPD, the man allegedly lit the trailer on fire before the standoff. The Spokane Fire Department (SFD) quickly put out the fire. Afterward, police say the man locked himself in the trailer with a shotgun.
SPD is currently trying to get the man out of the home. No roads are closed as of 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
