SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — UPDATE: Spokane Valley Police announce they have found the missing man.
Spokane Valley deputies are asking for your help finding a missing vulnerable man.
Spokane Valley deputies say the staff at the assisted living home where 71-year-old Michael R. Hanson lives called to report him as missing, saying he left without signing out at some point on May 30.
Deputies say Hanson is free to come and go from the facility as he pleases, but has never been gone for this long. Hanson has medical concerns, and they don't believe he has the medications he needs with him, SVPD said.
According to SVPD, Hanson is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. Deputies say he has short white hair and is believed to be on foot.
Deputies say Hanson is known to walk around Spokane Valley and visit Fred Meyer's.
Anyone with information on where Hanson might be is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233, reference #10074793.
