Spokane Symphony to perform Harry Potter and Halloween classics at Fox Theater

The symphony will take audiences on a journey through the Harry Potter universe on Oct. 26 and 27.

SPOKANE, Wash. — Grab your wizard hats and wands! The Spokane Symphony will perform music from Harry Potter and other Halloween classics at the end of October. 

The orchestra will transport audiences from the Fox Theater into the wizarding world with more than 15 local vendors and a lineup of memorable songs from the entire Harry Potter franchise. 

The symphony invites people to dress up in their robes and enjoy homemade snacks, crocheted fantastic beasts and more. 

The Spokane Symphony Chorale, directed by Meg Stohlman, will also join the symphony for two songs. 

There will be two concerts, one on Saturday, Oct. 26 and the other on Sunday, Oct. 27. On Saturday, doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 pm. 

Sunday's concert is a matinee showing, with doors opening at 1:30 p.m. and the show starting at 3 p.m. 

Tickets range from $28 to $68 and can be bought online at the Spokane Symphony website or at the Fox Theater box office.
