SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department has located the missing vulnerable 58-year-old man.
Patrick Holten is described as a white man standing at 5'6'' and weighing 170 pounds. Police said he wears eyeglasses and was known to be near Regal and 55th Wednesday afternoon around 1:45 p.m.
Holten was last seen wearing a green coat with orange trim, blue jeans, brown boots, a stocking cap and tan gloves. He is also wearing identification tags with contact information.
Police said Holten has health concerns and that the current weather conditions make his condition even more desperate. Officers said he may be trying to get the area of 29th and Ray near the shopping center.
