SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department has arrested a person they believe to be involved in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian on August 30.
Police said 55-year-old Dom D. Felix was booked into the Spokane County Jail for vehicle hit and run involving a fatality. Police said Felix has an extensive criminal history with previous felony convictions for possession of a controlled substance.
Police said they also recovered the car suspected to be involve in the deadly hit-and-run crash. The car is a 2009 Toyota Venza UT with the Washington license plate CFR9015.
