SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Police Department (SPD) is looking for a witness who was almost hit by another car on Tuesday.
SPD posted on Facebook, saying the driver was nearly run off the road by a small blue pickup truck. SPD said the incident happened on Highway 2 in Airway Heights at around 7 p.m.
