Larry Krauter, CEO of Spokane International Airport, pursuing new career

The Spokane Airport Board Chair said they are working on an immediate and long-term transition plan.
American Airlines is moving from Concourse C to Concourse A/B so all late-night flights come into the same concourse.

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane International Airport announced CEO Larry Krauter is leaving the position to pursue a new career opportunity.

Chair of the Spokane Airport Board Ezra Eckhardt said Krauter has managed the airport for the last 14 years. 

In a press release, the airport said the board will work on an immediate and long-term transition plan to find a new CEO.

 Eckhardt's full statement said: “The Airport Board has been informed that our CEO, Larry Krauter, will be departing Spokane to pursue a new career opportunity. Larry has been an incredible leader of the operation over the past 14 years, managing our airports successfully through eras of unprecedented challenge, growth, and expansion. He has made a tremendous and lasting impact on our region. The Airport Board will work on an immediate and long-term transition plan to identify a new CEO to continue the momentum and impacts of Spokane International Airport, Felts Field, and the Airport Business Park.”

The airport said the board will share more information when it becomes available.
