VALLEYFORD, Wash. -- A retired man living in Valleyford said the storm destroyed his homemade shed he has been working on since April.
"I've been through hurricanes before, and this was the strongest I've ever seen," said Dwayne Broesch.
Broesch said he built the shed over seven months to house his tools. When the storm warnings were issued, he said he anchored four tractors to the shed but the wind picked them up like they were toys.
"Total devastation," said Broesch of the mess.
He said he is thankful he and all his neighbors were safe through the storm.
Broesch added he hopes to have the shed rebuilt by next year.
