STIHL Timbersports is in its 33rd year, but is only in its second year of the Women’s Division. For the first time in the sport’s history, the women competed on the same stage as the men. The Championship took place at German Fest in Milwaukee.
Competitions have taken LaVoie across the world for the last 15 years. She currently holds three world records and is even a Guinness book of world record holder for the most Christmas Trees chopped in two minutes.
