SPOKANE, Wash. -- Spokane Police said Thursday evening they have a man in custody who is suspected of slapping women’s butts on the Centennial Trail.
Officials said Jonathan Smith will be booked on multiple counts of assault with sexual motivation.
Police were still doing interviews Thursday and said things could change over the course of the investigation. They expect to have more details on Friday.
