SPOKANE, Wash. – Developer Wonder Spokane is looking for tenants for the newly restored Wonder Bread Bakery building on West Mallon.

The early 1900s building is in the final stage of its transformation into Wonder Spokane. It will be a 112,000 square foot creative office building that will feature Wonder Market, a 12,000 square foot retail market featuring food and artisanal products at street level. Developers said it will have plenty of onsite and adjacent parking and will also include a rooftop deck that overlooks Downtown and Riverfront Park.

Commercial real estate advisor JLL has teamed up with NAI Black to begin marketing the project to target potential tenants. They said they are looking to appeal to companies who are interested in expanding operations in Spokane from places like Seattle, Portland and the San Francisco Bay area.
