SPOKANE, Wash. — A popular Spokane restaurant who was once featured on the Food Network is hanging up their aprons.
Picabu Bistro on the South Hill is closing its doors Dec. 15.
Employees at the restaurant said they owner, Jane Edwards, is retiring.
The restaurant, located at 901 West 14th Avenue, has been featured on the Food Network Show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives with Guy Fieri. During the episode, Guy ate the cactus burger and chicken and corn pot stickers.
If you’re going to miss their food, they’re selling a cookbook with all of their recipes for just $20.
