SPOKANE, Wash.-- A new contemporary American restaurant opened its doors in North Monroe on Tuesday.
Elliots, an Urban Kitchen, is owned by Tony Elliot and his wife, Raelene Elliot.
The restaurant features "a little bit of everything" including steaks salads, seafood dishes and Chef Tony's current favorite ravioli specialty.
Elliots is using all local fresh produce in their foods. They also recognize local artists by displaying local artwork in the restaurant.
"We're really excited to be part of the North Monroe district," said owner Tony Elliot.
Chef Tony has been cooking for over 20 years and was previously a chef at the Fairchild Air Force Base.
The restaurant is located at 2209 N Monroe Street.
Their hours between Tuesday and Friday are from 11:00 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
